ERG and Event Branding Materials
The AAPI ERG at OUTFRONT was created as a space to empower and amplify the voices of AAPI employees and allies at the company. As a founding member and current co-chair, I’ve been able to use my design skills to brand the ERG and it’s annual events. Alongside my co-chair, it’s been a joy to help plan, lead, and design for the ERG.
The ERG branding leans into vibrant gradients and intricate patterns to represent the diverse cultures within the AAPI community. From Teams backgrounds and website headers to event flyers and resource materials, designing for the AAPI ERG has been a passion project in my day to day.
Cook Along with Jet Tila
In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month 2024, the AAPI ERG planned a virtual cook along event with celebrity chef Jet Tila. For the event, I designed flyers, recipe cards and teams backgrounds to get our fellow employees excited and ready to participate.
The event itself went fantastically, with Jet Tila guiding everyone through his Thai fried rice recipe.
Steeped in Stories with R.F. Kuang
For our 2025 AAPI ERG event, we hosted a summer book club called “Steeped in Stories”. This summer book club event involved careful planning from booking author R.F. Kuang to establishing a weekly cadence of discussions.
Our goal was to bring our peers together through a great book paired with cultural sips. Weekly recipe cards were shared to highlight flavorful drinks around Asia while we kept the discussion going in our Team’s chats.
I branded the event and created flyers, teams background, and additional materials to capture the uplifting and cozy theme of our summer event.
